Maintaining consistent product quality is critical to your business reputation. We implement rigorous quality control at various production stages: pre-production sample approval, in-line inspections during production, and final pre-shipment inspections. When required, we coordinate third-party lab testing for compliance with destination market standards (such as ASTM, EN, or ISO). Detailed inspection reports,including photos and testing results, are shared to ensure full transparency before goods leave the factory.
Depending on the product and client requirements, quality control can include pre-production checks, sample approval, in-process inspection and final pre-shipment inspection.

Depending on the product, this may include material composition, mechanical properties, dimensional verification, coating or surface testing, performance testing or other specified tests
Where applicable, products can be assessed against recognized standards such as ASTM, EN, ISO, GB or other project-specific standards
Following inspection or testing, clients can receive supporting documentation appropriate to the scope of work, which may include:
Inspection reports • Photographs and videos • Measurement records • Test reports • Material certificates • Non-conformance observations • Packing verification • Pre-shipment status
Where discrepancies are identified, Origin East communicates the findings to the client and follows up with the manufacturer regarding the required corrective action before the goods proceed to the next procurement stage.
Final inspection can be coordinated before goods are released for shipment to verify the agreed requirements and identify outstanding issues.
Once the required inspection and documentation have been completed, Origin East can coordinate the next stage of the procurement process, including cargo consolidation, container loading and international shipment.
