Through direct communication with manufacturers, production monitoring,
quality inspections and independent third-party testing where required,
we help identify potential issues before products are shipped from China.
Our approach to quality assurance focuses on five key principles:
Ensuring manufacturers clearly understand the client’s product
specifications, material requirements, manufacturing standards
and acceptance criteria before production begins.
Coordinating inspections at agreed production stages, including
pre-production checks, in-process inspections and final
pre-shipment inspections to identify non-conformities and verify
compliance with the agreed requirements.
Arranging independent material and product testing through suitably
accredited third-party laboratories and inspection agencies when
required. Testing may be conducted against applicable international
standards, including ASTM, EN, ISO and other project-specific requirements.
Reviewing relevant product documentation, inspection reports,
material certificates and test results to support transparency
and traceability throughout the procurement process.
Where discrepancies or non-conformities are identified, coordinating
with manufacturers to establish corrective actions, arrange further
inspections where necessary and verify that agreed requirements
have been addressed before shipment.
