Production Scheduling

Origin East works directly with manufacturers to establish a clear production schedule based on the client’s order requirements, required completion date and planned shipment date. Key production stages and target completion dates are identified before and during manufacturing to provide greater visibility over the order program

Production Planning

Following order confirmation, we coordinate with the manufacturer to establish the expected production program, including material preparation, manufacturing, inspection, testing where required, packing and readiness for shipment.

For larger or time-sensitive orders, key production milestones can be established so that progress can be measured against the agreed schedule.

Coordination With Manufacturers

Production requirements are coordinated directly with the factory to help align manufacturing capacity, material availability and production priorities with the client’s required delivery program.

Where several products or suppliers are involved in the same shipment, schedules can also be coordinated so that goods are completed within compatible timeframes for consolidation and shipment.

From Scheduling to Production Follow-Up

Once production begins, the agreed schedule provides the basis for our Production Follow-Up service. Progress is monitored against planned milestones, and potential delays or production issues can be identified and communicated before they affect the required shipment date.

Production Scheduling → Production Follow-Up → Quality & Compliance → Cargo Consolidation → Logistics & Shipping → Cargo Tracking
